Project Manager – Ethanol Plant

The Project Manager will oversee project construction and production at various locations across the U.S. The ideal candidate will have previous ethanol experience, 10 years management experience, a proven track record in managing/constructing large capital-industrial projects. BS Engineering degree in construction related areas such as Civil, Structural, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.

You will lead a team of site Engineers (Civil & Electrical) as well as site Superintendents. Overall management of the project, including but not limited to:

  • scheduling
  • costing
  • subcontract & vendor management
  • production
  • safety
  • change orders
  • risk management

The right person is self motivated, multi-disciplined and a highly organized individual that is able to focus on details. Understanding sourcing of labor, equipment suppliers, material suppliers, and subcontractors, (if necessary) and work with the project team for timely completion of the plant.

Risk Manager

EcoGen is seeking an experienced Manager to oversee our Commodities Risk Management activities. Successful candidate must have at least 5 years experience in commodity market analysis, at least two years experience trading commodities, excellent communication, leadership and financial analysis skills, as well as a BS degree in Ag Economics, Business or a related area. Purchasing experience is a plus, and must be willing to help educate other traders on market fundamentals, to teach and develop the skill sets of the company's buyers, in essence becoming a consultant with buyers throughout the company. Responsibilities will also include the direct execution of corn and ethanol risk management strategies. Excellent career opportunity with a progressive firm.
